Registratiecentrum: Online ticketing

U kunt zich vanaf nu online inschrijven om een afspraak te maken in het Registratiecentrum in Paleis 8 (Brussels Expo, Heizel). Zo weet u zeker dat u op de dag van uw komst kunt worden ingeschreven voor tijdelijke bescherming. Afhankelijk van de drukte zijn er echter nog wachtrijen mogelijk.

Praktisch:

- Ga naar www.register-ukraine.be

- Om zich in te schrijven is het nodig om via een Belgisch IP-adres te gaan. Dit betekent dat u een SIM-kaart van een Belgische operator dient te gebruiken of verbonden moet zijn met een Belgische wifi.

- Vul het formulier in en reserveer een tijdslot, zodat u zich met uw gezin kunt inschrijven.

- U ontvangt een QR-code per e-mail. Denk eraan om uw spam-berichten te controleren

- Ga naar het registratiecentrum met uw QR-code en uw identiteitspapieren.

- Begeef u naar de wachtrij die hiervoor speciaal voorzien is. Uw QR-code zal worden gescand bij de in- en uitgang van het Registratiecentrum.

Registration Centre : Online ticketing

As of now, you may sign up online for an appointment at the Registration Centre at Hall 8 (Brussels Expo, Heysel).  This will guarantee that you will be able to be registered for asylum the day you come.  Queues may still be possible, depending on the crowd on the day. 

Practical details:

-     Go to the site www.register-ukraine.be

-     In order to register, you must go through a Belgian IP address.  This means you must use a SIM card from a Belgian operator, or you must be connected to a Belgian wifi.

-     Fill in the form and book a time slot in order to register yourself and your family.

-     You will receive a QR code by email. Check your Spam folder

-     Arrive for your appointment at the registration centre with your QR code and your identity papers.

-     Join the special queue for this purpose.  Your QR code will be scanned at the entrance and the exit of the registration centre.
