Centre d’enregistrement: Online ticketing

Vous pouvez vous inscrire en ligne dès maintenant pour prendre rendez-vous au centre d’enregistrement du Palais 8 (Brussels Expo, Heysel). Ceci vous garantira de pouvoir être enregistré pour obtenir une protection temporaire le jour de votre venue. Selon l’affluence, des files sont cependant encore possibles.

En pratique :

• Rendez-vous sur le site www.register-ukraine.be
• Il est nécessaire de passer via une adresse IP belge pour vous inscrire. C’est-à-dire une carte SIM d’un opérateur belge ou être connecté à un wifi belge.
• Remplissez le formulaire et réservez un créneau horaire afin de pouvoir vous enregistrer avec votre famille.
• Recevez par email un QR Code. Pensez à vérifier vos spams.
• Rendez-vous au Centre d’enregistrement muni de votre QR Code et de vos papiers d’identité.

Empruntez la file spécialement prévue à cet effet. Votre QR Code sera scanné à l’entrée et à la sortie du centre d’enregistrement.

Registration Centre : Online ticketing

As of now, you may sign up online for an appointment at the Registration Centre at Hall 8 (Brussels Expo, Heysel).  This will guarantee that you will be able to be registered for asylum the day you come.  Queues may still be possible, depending on the crowd on the day. 

Practical details:

-     Go to the site www.register-ukraine.be

-     In order to register, you must go through a Belgian IP address.  This means you must use a SIM card from a Belgian operator, or you must be connected to a Belgian wifi.

-     Fill in the form and book a time slot in order to register yourself and your family.

-     You will receive a QR code by email. Check your Spam folder

-     Arrive for your appointment at the registration centre with your QR code and your identity papers.

-     Join the special queue for this purpose.  Your QR code will be scanned at the entrance and the exit of the registration centre.
