Applying for a permit for a security consultancy company
There are various organisational forms under which activities can be organised in accordance with the Law of 2 October 2017 regulating private and special security.
Security consultancy company
A company that offers or provides advice to prevent criminal offences against persons or property, including the development, implementation and evaluation of security audits, analyses, strategies, concepts, procedures and training, or that advertises itself as such, is considered a security consultancy company.
Permit
All companies or departments operating in the private and special security sector must have a permit.
